The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at 6PM in the Earle Mountain Room, 2500 State Highway pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:

Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by the Town of Eastham. Applicant proposes maintenance dredging within Rock Harbor and off shore disposal at property located at 631 Dyer Prince Road, Map 19, Parcel 120.

Notice of Intent filed by John C. Bumby. Applicant proposes demolishing an existing dwelling and garage and construction of a new dwelling, garage, and shower/sauna, removal of stairway, retaining wall, shed and installation of native plantings at property located at 630 Samoset Road, Map 14, Parcel 087.

Notice of Intent filed by Scott Family 2010 Irrevocable Trust. Applicant proposes demolishing existing dwelling and construction of a new dwelling and additions, screen porch, reconstruction of an existing deck, porches and outdoor shower at property located at 31 Bayberry Lane, Map 13, Parcel 157.

Notice of Intent filed by John DiBari. Applicant proposes installation of gabion baskets on a coastal bank at property located at 92 Old State Highway, Map 20, Parcel 116C.

Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Eileen Mandanici. Applicant proposes construction of a rock revetment at property located at 31 Longstreet Lane, Map 10, Parcel 335A.
